312 Run Club

312 Fit Run/Walk Club

There’s something different about getting outside.

The fresh air, the movement, the change of scenery — it just feels good.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce the 312 Fit Running Club, a chance for our community to move together outside of the studio.

Whether you love running, prefer walking, or just want to spend more time outside with great people, this group is for you.

When We Meet

The 312 Fit Run Club will meet twice a week:

Wednesday Nights @ 5:30pm
Saturday Mornings @ 7:00am

Both runs will start at Mount Greenwood Park, giving us a great space with plenty of routes to explore.

You can come to one day, both days, or whenever it fits your schedule.

Walkers and Runners Welcome

This is not a competitive run club.

You do not need to be a fast runner to join.

In fact, walkers are absolutely welcome.

The goal of the run club is simple:

• Get outside
• Move your body
• Connect with the 312 community

Some people may run, some may jog, and others may walk. Everyone will move at their own pace.

We’ll start together and finish together.

Why We Started the Run Club

At 312 Fit we talk a lot about building a lifestyle around movement.

That doesn’t just happen inside the gym.

Getting outside can:

• Improve mental health
• Reduce stress
• Build endurance
• Help with recovery
• Create more opportunities to connect with others

Sometimes the best workouts aren’t about intensity — they’re about consistency and community.

What to Expect

Each run club meet-up will be simple and relaxed.

We’ll gather at Mount Greenwood Park, do a quick check-in, and head out together.

You can expect:

• Friendly faces
• Different pace groups
• A welcoming environment
• A chance to move without pressure

Some days you might push the pace.

Other days it might be a relaxed walk and conversation.

Both are wins.

Why Community Matters

One of the best parts of 312 Fit is the people.

The run club gives us another opportunity to connect outside the studio and support each other in a different way.

Movement is always better when it’s shared.
