Reindeer Games

The Pros of Being Part of a Team

From December 1–24, we played a game in the studio called Reindeer Games. We split the studio into teams and introduced different challenges throughout the month. While it was fun and festive, it also did something bigger—it reinforced what we already believe at 312 Fit, but shined a spotlight on it in a new way.

People push harder when they’re part of something bigger than themselves.

Reindeer Games reminded us that fitness isn’t just about workouts—it’s about community, encouragement, and having people around you who want to see you win.

And honestly? That’s where the magic happens.
